These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of chili mix packets by The House of Buchanan and Brookings Chili ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.

We make every effort to ensure our chili mix packets are accurately described. Product appearance, packaging, ingredients, and specifications may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless other payment arrangements have been approved in writing.

Orders will be processed and shipped within a reasonable timeframe after payment is received. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

Due to food safety regulations, opened food products cannot be returned. Unopened products may be returned only with prior approval from the Company. Approved returns must be received in their original condition.

Refunds, replacements, or store credits will be issued at the Company's discretion after inspection of the returned product.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredient information before consuming our products. Individuals with food allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions should carefully review product labeling.

The Company is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies, improper handling, preparation, or storage of the product.

Products should be stored in a cool, dry place and used before the indicated best-by date. The Company is not responsible for product quality issues resulting from improper storage after delivery.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Wholesale customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the resale of food products. Additional terms may apply to wholesale accounts and purchase orders.

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, governmental actions, or supply shortages.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law principles.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and The House of Buchanan and Brookings Chili  regarding the purchase and sale of products and supersede any prior understandings or agreements relating to such sales.

By purchasing or using Brookings Chili products, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions
